User ID and other account identifiers.

Profile photos and other photos or videos you upload.

User-generated content, including profiles, Circles, posts, comments, plans, and messages.

Product interaction and usage data, such as the features you use, how often, and actions you take in the app.

Crash data, such as crash logs and stack traces.

Performance data, such as launch time, responsiveness, and resource use.

We use the information we collect to:

Create and authenticate your account.

Provide and maintain profile functionality.

Power social and community features, including Circles, posts, comments, plans, and messages.

Support matching and discovery so you can find people, studios, and communities relevant to you.

Surface nearby content based on your city or general area.

Operate, maintain, and improve the app's features and performance.

Conduct analytics to understand how ALIGND is used.

Protect the security of ALIGND and our users.

Provide support and respond to your requests.

Improve performance, stability, and reliability, including by analyzing crash and performance data.

When you create a profile, join or start a Circle, post, comment, make a plan, or send a message, that content is stored by ALIGND so it can be displayed and shared within the app as you intend.

You are responsible for the content you post. Please do not share content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or violates our community expectations.

Content you make visible to others may be seen by those users. Be mindful of what you choose to share.

ALIGND may use coarse location, such as your city or general area, to help you discover nearby people, studios, and communities.

We do not collect precise GPS location. Coarse location is used to provide relevant, nearby content and is not used to track your movements.

We may collect and analyze product interaction, usage, crash, and performance data to understand how ALIGND works and to improve it.

This data is used to fix bugs, improve stability, and prioritize features. It is not used to identify you for cross-app tracking or third-party advertising.

We do not sell your personal data.

We do not use your personal data for cross-app tracking or third-party advertising.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate, host, analyze, and secure ALIGND, only to the extent necessary and under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ALIGND, our users, or others.

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide ALIGND's features.

When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your personal data, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

You can review and update the information in your profile within the app.

You can control certain features, such as location and notifications, through your device settings.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data. To do so, contact us using the information in the Contact Information section below. After verifying your request, we will delete your account and personal data, except where retention is required by law.

ALIGND is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide notice within the app or through other appropriate channels.

Your continued use of ALIGND after a change means you accept the updated policy.
